A Book of Hope

A Book of Hope is intended to help those bereaved by suicide to realise that they are not alone in their feelings and emotions. Suicide grief is complex, with many mixed emotions. The loss leaves a very deep wound. A Book of Hope is also intended to help those experiencing adversity of any kind. There are subtle messages of inspiration for all readers. I share information about my journey, healing, and ongoing transformation. Perhaps one small detail will become part of someone else's survival guide. When we are ready to embrace our emotions, healing can begin; arousing the part of us where calmness and peace resides so that harmony can be restored into our lives.
