Is it possible to celebrate Christmas and still be blue? After reading the entire story, you will want to share this book with others. It will help those who feel blue at Christmas. We know Christmas is filled with so many things to do like making lists, putting up lights, decorating our homes, attending parties, and spending time with family and it goes on and on. Being authentically connected to your emotions while you do all these activities can be a challenge. This book will help everyone take stock in their inner life and meet emotional challenges during a festive season.
Sometimes people get lost in all the activity and feel alone and blue. If you want to help people manage depression during the holiday season which is upon us this book is for you. This book will help young and old people build resilience while dealing with sadness or depression at Christmastime.
A lot of us feel sad from one time or another. If this book will prevent sadness from developing into depression for one person, it will be valuable for you to have and share. Accepting our feelings and coping with them is part of the Emotatude book series theme. Sadness and feeling blue is a common emotion that's normal to have, but some people feel out of balance and out of place when they don't feel holiday cheer others seem to be experiencing so exuberantly. For this reason, I wrote this book with a story that tells of a young girl who is wrestling with her sad and blue feelings and finds a positive way to cope with them during Christmas. Of course, therapy is important in coping with our feelings we often experience in response to loss or stress. Nevertheless, I believe perhaps this book can help people cope with their blues depression or sadness in a positive way during the holidays and might even give hope and resilience to those who feel alone at this time.
