I was that child. I am now an adult, just like you. But... You don't know me. I don't know you. Truth is... I don't even know myself. What I do know is that by the time I'm dead, I will know you. By the time you're dead, we'll know each other, intimately. In the meantime, I'll introduce you to some erstwhile acquaintances. Friends of mine? Enemies of mine? Perhaps both... You won't know them. But, just as I did, you will recognise something of yourself in all of them. As you will in me. I know this for a fact. What I also know is that I am your fate. You are my destiny. My legacy... My redemption...? How many lives do I have to live? How many deaths do I have to die? Will you be like all the others and pass on the legacy? Or will you be the one who redeems me?
