Beskrivelse
When English learners think about pronunciation, they often worry about where to put their tongue or how wide their lips should be. Mouth position is important; however, the majority of the sound we produce when we speak comes from below our mouths. That means that, even if we have perfect mouth position, we still speak with a noticeable accent in American English pronunciation.
By targeting the foundation of sounds with four revolutionary concepts--placement, breath, pitch, and weak consonants--English learners are able to achieve a much more natural accent in American English.
Geoff Anderson, founder of Fluent American, goes through the steps necessary to obtain a more natural accent in American English pronunciation. By the end of this book, English learners will have all of the necessary tools their accent has been missing for most of their lives.
