In recent years there have been grand and dramatic proclamations from popular Bible prophecy “experts” that a significant heavenly sign was about to appear. And each time this caused a great stir among students on the topic. In some cases those promoting these claims said the much touted “sign” would likely usher in a serious Biblical event. But after each claim fizzled into embarrassing silence, legitimate questions have arisen in the minds of discerning Christians as to why these popular teachers are so off the mark.
