Wall Street and the White House control the country. Zombie-like cabinet members and White House staff cheer the greatness of President August Fluke III. Fearing a threat, Fluke presses the nuclear button. Glacial winter sets in. Where will Fluke go to survive? And his Wall Street and religious leaders? It falls on Colonel Wavering, pilot of Air Force One and qualified astronaut, to command a rocket programmed to reach an alleged habitable planet. Who will go on the rocket?
