54-YEAR-OLD Wayne Leal taught his first fitness class over 30 years ago. He said 'I've seen and heard enough diet and exercise rubbish to last a lifetime'. 20-21 is a fusion of callisthenics, yoga asana, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Meditation. His training is based on the premise that 20 minutes is the amount of time that a person can concentrate on a task without becoming distracted; and that creating a positive mental habit takes 21 days to improve your shape, strength and flexibility.
