OWN Your Swing by Training Balance, Tempo, and Tension Awareness
All of us have a unique swing. There are no two great players that look alike. To be your very best at golf, you want to honor what your body is capable of doing. In this Signature Swing training book, you will find support material created for you to integrate these non-technical skills into your game. This is our most comprehensive and in-depth content for BTT.
The state of the body that affects your swing (and stroke) the most is your ability to sense Balance, your ability to fine-tune your Tempo, and your ability to calibrate your best Tension level. We call it BTT. Practicing BTT will enhance your ability to be more present, more focused, and will calibrate your body for good swings and strokes.
