The story takes place within the Divine Cosmos of the mortal world of Terra, a universe that links Godly ruled pocket realms to the Astral Plane (Terrans' realms of dream and thought). A political coup is about to happen against the God of Chaos, a powerful God who opposes the Deities' controlling government, called the Senate. The God of Order, speaker for the Senate, and other associates have been gaining support in
their attempts to remove him-but Chaos will not go easily. Worse still, the removal of such a powerful God may have devastating effects on the balance of the Cosmos, and spells certain disaster. After all, can Order exist without Chaos?...
