Trumpism

TRUMPISM is the emerging nationalist and authoritarian movement consisting of an invincible emotional bond of Mr. Trump with his followers. The bond evokes fear, anger, distrust, suspicion. It is empowered by a rhetoric evoking grievance against all politicians and the media. It uses slogans to arouse anger and negative feelings; it is not hindered by facts or critical thinking. Winning by whatever means possible, even by bullying and serial lying, is the primary objective. Adulation of the leader excuses his tactics.
