Touching Hearts: Words For Connection, Peace and Self Love

This is the second book of poems written by Aly, and the words are written to offer inspiration that can help to heal and calm a restless soul. Some of the words may resonate more deeply, depending on what you are seeking. The book cites inner peace and connection, which is a way of helping ourselves align with each other so that we feel 'found'. We all share similar experiences on some level and, through the poetry and affirmations within the book, this reaches out to each of us, it holds our hands and reminds us to stay on our chosen path together. Wherever we arrive on this planet, we leave it at some stage, what we experience in between is expressed soulfully in this book. It is both a soulmate and a reminder of who we are and who we can be.
