We are addressing our book to young managers, as well as to young people who have chosen the profession of manager as their future profession. The main goal of this book is to help our young reader, who has chosen the managerial work in his life, to make the optimal and right decisions on the basis of deep knowledge of the wave nature of the social and economic environment where our readers will have to live, work and manage the team of people.
