Thomas Delaney had a plan. Although he had accomplished the plan his aged handlers had laid out for him, their plan only assured him the presidency of the United States. Why stop there, he asked himself? Why not Emperor of the World? He now had the greatest armed forces ever on the face of the earth at his disposal. After all, he was the Commander-in Chief. And what they couldn't get done, his special powers could. He smiled in anticipation.
