The Conflict

Stan Harris is just coming up to the end of a long eighteen years behind bars. The con should have been released four years ago, but someone made sure it was never going to happen. The Guv'nor is lining his pockets. He is a rich man, at Stan's expense. Ronald C. Morrison was due for another pay-off, everything was in place to stitch the prisoner up for the second time.The man was skating on thin ice, this time the prisoner was ready and waiting for whatever was coming his way. He was determined not to end his days staring at these four walls.Stan had places to go, people to see, priceless papers to collect and a few murders to carry out. Everyone knew of his release, and understandably some people had made themselves scarce.First, he had to get out of prison; the next twenty-four hours were not going to be easy.
