THE BEAUTY OF WORDS: Family Poetry

If you like descriptive poetry about woodland walks, thunderstorms, pixies and dragons then this book is definitely for you. Written for my family in both Nottingham and North Wales locations, it has a certain charm and playfulness that comes from being a husband and a father to two young children. I have spent many nights at their bedsides making up stories, that have later been written down and included in this anthology for your own children to enjoy.

I have many years of writing experience, been published in local newspapers, performed to mixed audiences and once appeared on the local radio Nottingham with Alan Clifford. I write short, positive poems with a twist of sincerity, adventure and fun. I like to write about places we have visited, things we have done together, my thoughts and feelings have inspired poems too.

The Beauty of Words also contains poetry aimed at adult readers and can be enjoyed by a single reader or couples if preferred.
