In 1907, Colonel Percy Fawcett returns from an expedition into the unexplored regions of the Brazilian - Bolivian Borderlands with proof of the largest anaconda in history. Hoping to bring the monster back to civilization, Professor Neal Coldwell hires famed big game hunter Barrett Walker to lead him into the unknown and capture what the natives call the Mother of the Waters.
