The Adventures Of Paleta Man

In The Adventures of Paleta Man: Journey to the Underworld Temple of Lyobaa Esteban Ruiz, a daytime ice cream vendor and nighttime crime fighter, is summoned to the ruins of the Zapotec city of Mitla in Oaxaca, Mexico. The Zapotec people believe that this ancient city is the entrance to the underworld, known as Lyobaa, which means "place of rest". Esteban, also known as Paleta Man, embarks on a perilous mission to fight an evil spirit and its demonic minions. As he enters the dark and gruesome room, Esteban encounters a stone slab that covers the entrance. This door was once used to dispose of the bodies of fallen warriors. Armed with a torch and guided by ropes, Esteban navigates through the treacherous path, facing putrefaction, foul odors, and poisonous reptiles.
