Beskrivelse
Too many people get absorbed in a navel-gazing, “me-me-me” intellectual approach to spirituality, instead of remembering that it’s in community that we actualise the deepest parts of our healing. This is the product of a mistaken idea that the spiritual path is a strictly solo journey, about turning inward and working only on your own healing and your own self.In bodhisattva consciousness, our highest vision is that every activity of our body, speech, and mind should be “for the benefit of all beings.” Not just “for myself” but for “all beings.” It is our responsibility to cultivate deep evocative empathy for everyone and every being in such a way that what we see as poison becomes medicine, the suffering of the world becomes inspiration, and the happiness in the world motivates us.In Spiritually, We, Sah D'Simone teaches us to relate to others through the lens of our heart, radically improving how we relate to our friends, family, lovers, frenemies, enemies, and strangers. He'll show us how to stop asking “why” and start asking “how,' show us how to take radical ownership over the ways we've acted in the past, and give us the tools to rethink the way we interact moving forward and break free everything from a mindset of separation. You'll cultivate confidence, courage, calm, and compassion so you can relate to others as the best version of yourself.
