Semitic Tales

These are bed time stories that teach your children Hebrew without their realizing it. The stories are written in English, but the opposing page will give you the option of inserting a few Hebrew words (at your discretion). All the potential Hebrew words come from the book of Jonah. If your children are not careful, they will accidentally learn how to read the book of Jonah, while they enjoy seemingly unrelated, biblically based, children's stories. The entire experience is effortless, but enjoyable. Yet, the method is educational. There are only 100 unique Hebrew words in the book of Jonah. This story book is designed to acquaint them with a large portion. They will also be ready for other, more advanced books, in the Jonah Project.
