However, for the public force and in particular for the National Police, there is currently no structure to measure the intangible capitals that support its mission, so it is necessary to propose and implement a model for measuring intellectual capital in order to know, value and optimize human talent from their skills, skills and abilities, in order to provide an effective police service, oriented to the citizen.
