ALIEN MIND CONTROL IS DOWNRIGHT WRONG!  OR IS IT?

Ray Sky is a full on jump reactor now with numerous other designations, including alien mediator, Elite Vigilance Bureau (EVB) tracker, and a Scalps and Skeletons member with the 33rd Order privileges ring.  Now he sets out to increase his power and resources further so that he can put an end to errant usage of Computer-Oriented Angelic Personifications units (COAPs).  He'll liberate a space freighter with handy equipment to attempt this.  He must also contend with AMY, who is located deeper in space and controls millions of COAPs.
