The perfect companion for individuals attending individual, group, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions. This journal is designed by a mental health provider and includes purposeful guided prompts for each therapy session that will assist you in making progress toward your therapy goals.
You'll make the most out of each therapy session by preparing with guided prompts to record:
