Pɛl Wij Cɔllɔ Ka Gwɔk Rathdom Mɛ is a book that narrates the history and the culture of the Shilluk tribe. The Shilluk tribe is one of the famous tribes that live in North East African in the Upper Nile region in the Republic of South Sudan. In the book the author Acwil Lual Jok talks about how the shilluk tribe had maintain their early way of life for decades, and basically based on their culture and traditional. Also he talks about the history and the historical events that took place during their encounter with the out world and colonialism. In addition, most of the historical books that are available today about the Shilluk tribe were all written by Christian Missionaries linguistics, or those who were studying languages of Africans tribes during colonial times, but not the native themselves.
