The revolutonaries misappropriate the nation's wealth and natural resources from the people through murder and even genocide, whilst begging aid from the West, which ultimately lines the individual pockets of the leaders of the revolution.

In addition to giving a detailed account of what is currently happening in Africa, this novel offers some possible solutions which would reverse these appalling problems.

The Social, economic and political issues raised have wide implications for both the African and international communities.
