This is the third book in the series: "Muhammad School" In this book, you will see how Muhammad abolishes two common customs that the Arabs used to practice in the pre-Islamic The first was the maltreatment of women in pre-Islamic Arabian society in respect the common custom of "Zihar" The second was common practice of Adoption Zihar was an evil Arab custom, by which the husband selfishly deprived his wife of her marital rights and yet kept her to himself like a slave without her being free to remarry. The husband pronounced words importing that his wife was like his mother. After that she could not demand marital rights but was not free from his control and could not contract another marriage. By Zihar a man is swearing to his wife that she is to him like his mother's back.
