You might suffer from something called 'Mysophobia'. You are not alone...Start making notes of noices / sounds that trigger you. Writing it down helps you getting a clear picture of your trigger areas. Try to avoid them and speak about it. Make notes of what triggered you and what you did to handle it. Collect experiences and learn from it. This notebook might help to deal with Misophonia.
