Tope Daniels, Jack Baker's (Lawful Disobedience) nephew is coming to Blakely, Iowa to hide away from the D.C. mob after his cover was blown. Tope and Jack were not only uncle and nephew. Born only three years apart, they look enough alike to be twins. That resemblance causes quite a stir at the Blakely Police Department.
