A memoir that goes through the course of around a month with struggles of bipolar 1 mania episodes and the aftermath. Plus, dreams, nightmares, psychosis, and hospitalizations. Antwon Shelton is an artist, veteran, and an author. He earned his bachelor's in liberal arts from Rogers State University. For now, he lives in Vinita,Oklahoma.
