While Irish society will continue to experience considerable change and face new challenges ahead, a mentally healthier Irish society will be much better able to cope".Mental Health means being able to think, act and function effectively the way you want to live your life. It also means a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being. Being able to cope with the stress of life, work productively and also relate well with the community. It is a well-accepted fact that mental health problem is becoming a major health issue in the world right now and society must investigate the cause and treatment offered. Mental Illness is no respecter of anybody. Anybody can develop a mental illness at any giving time. There are various types of mental illnesses. We have from mild to severe mental health condition. The common mild ones are depression and anxiety while the complex ones are schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
