Goals are a part of our life. We set goals in life every day. Goals can be achieved by taking small steps. If you have the thought, "I want to be thin" you are putting yourself on a pathway of failure. It's important to have a plan for achieving your goals.
If you set a goal to be "skinny" you are setting yourself up for failure. In the gym, calisthenics is an introduction to exercise. You need to understand basic exercise so that you can progress to advanced exercise. Every day we worked out, we were building our physical foundation. I have never once thought about being thin or being slim.
If I ever set a goal in my mind and thought, "I want to be slim," my goal was going to be a failure. Your strategy to make you slim by June isn't going to work.
