Helping Kids Understand a Viral Pandemic

Recently, children everywhere are hearing their parents, their teachers, their friends, and everyone they know talking about the new virus which has spread around the world. Its existence has changed their routines and lives rather dramatically. This book helps parents and caregivers discuss the situation in a kid-friendly way. It explains what a virus is, how a virus of the corona type looks, how you catch a virus, how you can keep from getting a virus, and why isolation is helpful to stop a virus from spreading.
