In the last decade Science and Technology have advanced several orders of magnitude. This is providing humanity with information on, and an understanding of, significant spiritual involvement in the natural world that was undreamed of at the turn of the century. However, established religions are basically unaware of this information and cling to concepts generated years ago. It is inevitable that this gap will close. However, use of new information on spiritual involvement will not be prompted by theology but by the scientists making these discoveries. The new model of the universe that western science has now adopted establishes energy instead of matter as the basic ingredient of all things This virtually destroys western science's view of a mechanical universe. In place of matter it establishes a universe of organizations, or patterns of dynamic energy. As a result it is becoming apparent to many researchers the amazing organization and complexity of these organizations, or patterns of dynamic energy, must be the product of some intelligent organizing force. Very soon the role of as yet unknown superior intelligent forces in the design, construction, and maintenance of the myriad manifestations of energy that make up everything, will be postulated by western science. The result there will emerge a new science based religion which acknowledges the presence and involvement of spiritual forces in every nuance of life. Energy, matter, and consciousness will become the new trinity. E=MC2=God its formula.
