Henry Smithfield and Jeff Scarborough both enrolled in the Marine Corps to see the world. In June of 2007, after the Marine Corps, both moved to Chicago to join the Chicago Police Department. Their timing was perfect. CPD had formed a secret group of cops, to hunt the most sadistic serial killers of our time. These cops were known as Devil Catchers.
