If an insane river adventure on the extreme cheap is your cup of tea, you're going to love this tale. Aboard an oar-powered raft made of garbage, the author and his friend Merlin set out for St. Louis. Challenged by other hillbillies and the weather, as well as many difficulties on dark nights afloat, the raft suffers a near mutiny from the strains. Do they make it to the gateway?
