Horseman, gunman, knife-thrower--Carrick Dunmore is one of the best in the West. But he does have a serious handicap: laziness. Carrick has never done an honest day's work in his life, preferring to nap in the sun, practice his juggling, or carouse in the saloon. Life might have passed him right by if Carrick's friends hadn't trussed him up and delivered him to the local rodeo. There, he takes on the challenge of gentling a spirited broncoa ]and changes his life forever.
