This is the story of a dysfunctional family being held together by a young lad after the parents disappear. Help comes in the form of an oddball uncle and his transsexual partner, and the kids - gay, lesbian, and female impersonator - learn what true family is about. It's non-stop fun, particularly when granddad brings his pirate ship on scene.
