America's Seasonings

About the AuthorEmily S. Sleigh is an author and poet who also enjoys cooking for her family and friends. Creating seasoning mixes became a hobby, and diversion, for her throughout her adult life. While living in Europe, she decided to take a few cooking classes. Emily discovered that she enjoyed learning about the varied, and similar, seasonings from different regions of the Eurasian continent. She studied the history of food and how it was transported from one area of the world to another. A year or so ago, a friend suggested that she pull together a short seasoning book because everyone they knew wanted her seasonings and recipes. So here they are. She collected some of her seasonings together, refined them and assembled the mixes into this book, AMERICAN SEASONINGS, for you to easily use and enjoy.
