As when I started my fitness career in 2009, I heard so many bodybuilders. Once upon a time I used to follow Youtubers but there was also some confusion as one is saying different things and the other one is different on the same topic.
But thereafter I started reading the experts and applying the things on me and when I started getting results I began to apply the research on my clients with some alteration as per their body needs.
