Affairs of Life

Reading his mother's last words, Cris leaves Italy and journeys to England. His aim is to place meaning in his mother's life and with the hope of finding where he might belong. His mother's family were heartless and did not want to know him. The father who raised him, although his family were welcoming, he felt no ties there. His biological father died before he married his mother, and with some foreboding he decides to make contact with them. As Cris enters into the world of the wealthy, he quickly finds that his greedy relations are not keen in acknowledging him as the possible heir of the steel business. One person holds his interest, his grandmother. Will he turn his back on them or will he stay and claim his father's inheritance?
