9) Light English - From Suns to Sapiens

Our Sun shines. That light heats the Earth and powers plants to make our food. We burn plant-based fuels in fires that heat our homes, cook our food and give off light. People invent lamps and light bulbs to bring light to night.

Light enters our eyes and we see our world. Light is captured in cameras as pictures and videos. Digital devices have screens that glow. Screens connect us to cyberworlds and interconnect people around our world.
